Shipping&Returns

Return Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to the nature of the product.  Please ensure you check your order before placing to minimize any errors. Hair extensions can be returned for an exchange ONLY, under this policy, if the product is not as specified by customer, including wrong length or texture for example (you order deep wave and order received  is a different texture), item must not have been altered or manipulated by the customer in any way including; shampooing, conditioning, cutting or coloring, according to regulations. Pictures and descriptions are provided for each texture on website so that each customer can be certain that the texture that they choose is to their specifications before placing an order. Please don't hesitate to feel free to use the contact us page before purchasing with any relevant questions or concerns. We will be more than happy to assist.

Shipping

All shipments will be certified signature through USPS and or UPS, please ensure an individual 18 years or older is present to sign. We want to ensure you received your investment and are satisfied.  No PO box deliveries. Please ensure you double check receiving address to minimize delays in your package. If package is sent back to the company due to incorrect address, package will be delayed an additional 7 business days. 

Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as a shipping label is created. Please be sure to check your spam folders for shipping information. You will receive an order confirmation email along with shipping confirmation emails; one from us and one from PayPal if you made a payment through PayPal.  Both emails will contain your tracking number, after checking if you did not receive a tracking number, please let us know IMMEDIATELY . Use  USPS/UPS tracking to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is one of a MAJOR cause of shipment delays. Please thoroughly check the address information on your order. Please make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. We will not change shipping addresses once orders are placed. Please note if your order is returned to us we will re-ship your order once it has been returned at the EXPENSE of the customer due to error.

Please allow 7  business days for order processing. Please note 7 business days (not including Sat and Sunday and Holidays).

PROMOTION AND SALES: Shipping start dates are typically acknowledged during the promotion of the sale. An additional 5 business days are needed during these times due to HIGH VOLUME and PRODUCTION.

CLOSURES/FRONTALS: Please ensure to place an order with bundles and closure if you are needing an closure for your installation, in order for your shipment not to be delayed.  We cannot partially ship orders as we want to guarantee you have received an Complete order.

Our team, is Not responsible for any late deliveries due to UPS or USPS,weather delays, damage package from the carrier, lost or stolen items.
